If you have booked a flight to, from or via below-listed destinations from Sunday 22 and Wednesday 25 February 2026, you can see below what rebook and refund options we can offer you. These options are only valid if you have a ticket originally issued on or before Sunday 22 February 2026.

Does your original flight depart from Sunday 22 and Wednesday 25 February 2026 to, from or via any of the above-listed destinations. Then your new departure date should be before or on Saturday 28 February 2026. You can rebook your flight at the latest on Saturday 28 February 2026. Please see below options and rules:

If any of your flights were cancelled or if your flight was delayed for at least 3 hours for flights in Europe or at least 5 hours for intercontinental flights, you can request a full refund of the ticket and extra options.

If your flight to, from, or via any of these destinations was scheduled between Friday, January 23, and Sunday, March 1, and has been canceled, you will automatically be rebooked. Please keep an eye on My Trip or the KLM app. Have you already been rebooked? Unfortunately, this may mean that you will need to be rebooked again in the coming days, depending on how the situation develops.
